Lucas is my AQHA Hunter Under Saddle gelding that I purchased in November 2009. He has shown all over the southern, and northern USA, as well as most of eastern Canada. Hes also attended the All American Quarter Horse Congress where he was a finalist. Lucas was sired by Luke At Me and out of Lovely Thoughts, and is a full brother to Congress Champion Stone Cold Luke.

Lucas in Preformance Halter last summer
When his previous owner showed him he was known as a bit of a hand full. Although he still pulls out the occasional trick at home he has been a super star at the shows (well after the first one that is!) He has points in Hunter Under Saddle, Showmanship, Hunt Seat Equation, and Halter.
He was a great horse, that got me back into the show ring. In July 2012 Lucas moved to live with his new owner, a 16 year old who was looking for her first show horse. I still get to see him on occasion and he really appears to love his new home.
