We and the 'city' are getting up to 40 cm tonight. However its freezing rain now so I think that we might be iced in, but not as much snow as we were promised. The basement is already leaking because the snow is blocking the path of the water away from the house. *Sigh* Thankfully we did leave work early, and it was a good thing as the roads were very bad. So Im staying home tonight from the barn.
We are waiting for the first foal of the BO stud to be born too! (Thinking that it might be before the weekend is over) The mare is a maiden as well, so everyone is excited and worried all at the same time. The mare is 5 which is a good age and has experenced horse people all aound her but you never do know that everything will go 100%.
Hopefully if I can get to the barn tomorrow were going to to a bit of a photo shoot. We want to do photos of one of the horses for sale, and hopefully some post-reno barn pictures.
