A picture of my drive home today, some of the new wind turbines that are going up just outside of my home town. These are the biggest in North America to this point and are going to have to withstand some of the worst winds anywhere. And they are HUGE. One of the blades is 2 transport truck lengths.

Do they make a lot of noise??
They havn't been turned on yet so everyone is waiting to see what will happen.
