Haven't seen this time for a long time. I'm on some weird wake/sleep mix up. I got to go ride and thought that would tire out my body but although it did I'm still wide awake! Now I know why I napped so often when on the steroids before, I can't seem to get several hours of uninterrupted sleep.

Well, at least you got a ride in. Hope you get some sleep soon.
Lack of sleep sucks. I haven't had a solid 4 straight hours of uninterrupted sleep in years (I always wake up a couple of times during the night). I hope you are visited by the Sandman soon.
